Expect a reply within about 5 working days. Formal data protection requests are answered within one month, as Article 12(3) GDPR requires, and usually much sooner.
What is most useful to send
- A result that looks wrong, with the numbers you entered and the units you used. This is the single most valuable message we receive.
- A default assumption that does not match your product's datasheet, ideally with the datasheet.
- A translation that reads badly in Italian or in English.
- A calculator that does not exist yet but should, with the job you were trying to plan.
- An accessibility problem: something unreachable by keyboard, or unreadable with a screen reader.
Why there is no contact form
A form would need a server to receive it, a database to hold it and a retention policy to govern it — that is, it would turn a site that stores nothing about you into one that stores messages. Email does the same job with infrastructure you already control, and it leaves you holding the copy.
